Representatives from seven firms committed to the BAC's Integrated Path to Licensure (IPAL) program met with a dozen students Friday, October 6th, for a combined networking, portfolio review, and mentoring event. Deploying an organized series of rapid-fire interviews over the course of 2 hours, bachelor and master level students had the valuable opportunity to build confidence and gain a clear understanding of what it means to effectively communicate their marketable skills, professional achievements, and career aspirations. The benefits were immediate as they gained confidence-building experience, along with the prospect for more substantial interviews to follow and potential employment.
The seven offices that participated were: Elkus-Manfredi Architects, HMFH Architects, MASS Design Group, Perkins Eastman, Prellwitz Chilinski Associates, Shepley Bulfinch, and Studio G Architects.
