The property is located on Fairfax Avenue which is being widened and teemed with activity to the early hours of the morning. The design had to portray its unique and stylish character both during the day as well as at night.  Meeting the City of LA “Q Conditions” placed additional strict restrictions on the design of this 4 unit, 7,500 SQ.FT complex on a 7000 SQ.FT lot.

All units have 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, walking closet, open concept kitchen, 2 balconies on both the street as well as the yard side and are flooded with natural light from 3 sides. This green complex is fully handicap accessible and exceeds all ADA standards.   The building lighting has been specially designed to emphasis its unique attributes and project both luxury and beauty at night
