In our 130th year, the Boston Architectural College commends a new generation of socially conscious designers with this exhibit! We present the work of the BAC 2020 degree recipients from undergraduate and graduate programs in Architecture, Design Studies, Interior Architecture, and Landscape Architecture.
The BAC has been recognized with distinction for its leadership role in educating an extraordinarily diverse student body to help bring about social equity through the design of landscapes, of architecture, of interior architecture, of sustainable and historic spaces, of real estate, and of spaces for human health. We continue to be at the forefront of learning from practice and academic study with guidance from our brilliant practitioners, faculty members, and many supporters.
The dynamic between ideas and practice in the community is the basis for the meaningful, critical design thinking exemplified in this curated exhibition. The work of these designers directly affects how we will live and envision the future. Our genuine gratitude goes to the faculty members and the practicing professionals who guide our students and who are committed to educational excellence at the BAC. Join us in celebrating the work of these emerging designers!
The #BACbuzz blog will help to inform, educate, and share relevant and noteworthy architectural and design news happening within the Boston Architectural College and around the Boston community.
