I have always been drawn to design by research. Being an architect and a landscape architect, I like the idea of working with an array of situations and environments.
I have practiced in the field of Landscape Design for 3 years in Delhi, prior to my graduate degree in MLA, where I got the opportunity to handle 5-6 projects on my own, ranging in scales and usage. Apart from that, I was involved in a quite a few government tenders which gave me an insight on how things run both, in private and public sector.
Over the years, I have broadened my learning in dealing with the current scenario considering climate change, resiliency, working with the idea of self-sufficiency. In my opinion, resiliency should be designed and planned for in all ways, one which caters to the climate, ecological balance, and community development.
Personally, I take interest in community outreach before I get involved in any project. With that, I am drawn to data-based research as well, as tangible and intangible data has different approach and ways of incorporation.
Given my work ex and education in design and personal interest, I seek to build viable, resilient, stable communities wherever possible.

Working as a Senior Designer and a Project Manager. Responsibilities include handling projects as they come, including conceptual designing, planning till construction documentation. It also include time and client management.

Assisted Prof. Anuradha Mathura in a project in India which aims to rejuvenate a main central sewer in an under developed city. The project aims at proposing an ecological design incorporating the neighborhood's needs instead of covering up the sewer as typically done in cities given its faults considering the future floods and rainfall.
The position requires production of graphics, consolidating data, coordinating with consultant.

Over the course of 2 years, I took studios which involved regional projects to a small scale, yet regional analysis informed projects, including overseas project which enhanced global awareness of the field and contextually help understand different communities and ecologies better.
I also took classes specific to community building, inclusion in diversity and design with social justice.
