Designed to with stand flooding by allowing water to flow under and around the home without disturbing the family living inside. Which was originally designed for Long Island, New York, New York City but, I adapted and dedicated this design to a little girl that my family adopted through Compassion international who's village is in Aroroy, Masbat, Philippines, Asia.
