- Prepared construction level documentation within a seven-person team.
- Coordinated with structural and mechanical engineers.

- Managed lower level staff by instructing them to produce design materials such as scaled models and renderings.

Project: North Point Housing
Role: Project Manager

- Managed a three-person team for a 100 + residential mid-rise developer project.
- Scope of the project only spanned between Schematic and Design
Development phases before handed over to an architect of record.
- Project responsibilities also included:
a. handling communication with clients
b. coordinating with an architect of record.
c. preliminary coordination with structural and mechanical engineers.
d. preparing design documentation per each two phases.
e. preparing design material for the client and municipal meetings.

- Collaborated with a team of five.
- Produced design options in the form of hand-built models and drawings.
- Participated in design reviews with the principal.

Collaborative Projects, Houston, TX, US, Senior Designer

Implementation of two hospitality projects from schematic to construction phases under direct guidance and supervision of the design principal. These projects included the re-purpose of a historically deemed building into a high-end bourbon bar- the other an initial brick and mortar flagship location for an up and coming high-end chain restaurant. Both projects were design-build and required my services in communicating design concepts and preparing highly detailed permit and shop drawings. Instruments of service were delivered using BIM software and supplemental rendering packages.

In regards to contract administration, my participation involved being on the job site with my computer and a large format printer ready to assist and clarify any issues in regards to the intent of issued shop drawings.

Along with these projects, I have also taken part in concept design for the firm's expansion efforts and other hospitality projects that only required a brief amount of my participation.
