The predecessor of AUD, FAR(Fringe Architecture & Research) was founded by Mr.Nu Guo and Mr. Drone lyangar in Los Angeles California, USA in 2003. In 2009, the name was changed to AUD (Architecture & Urban Design Consulting Inc.). Branch offices were set up in Texas and Shanghai Successively. 

The founder Mr.Guo Nu directed and took part in many public projects design such as: Beijing Observatory, Shanghai XinJiangWan Cultural Center, the LA Live, Grammy Museum and CSTM etc. In the commercial buildings area, he was in charge of designing CRC MIXc Chongqing, Qingdao and many other commercial complex design. He provide professional services to top developers. Under the fast development of China, AUD is striving to create world-class Chinese architecture.
