Gramercy Loft

Loft 2.0- Located in the Ruggles House, this Manhattan loft was one of the first conversions of its kind. Version 1.0 (the one this replaces) had all the 'trimmings':  glass block walls, raised floors, 'funky' unusable spaces, acres of formica, more glass block... The new design opens the space up to create three bedrooms and two baths that mix the essence of the original industrial space: exposed columns, workbench-style kitchen, and reclaimed wood with contemporary conveniences such as central air, luxury baths, and bike storage. The door to the office is a copper and bronze slider salvaged from the "Penny Pincher Bank".
