I designed and produced this 63 page manual along with Eugene Calara as part of a AmeriCorps VISTA program. We were summer associates for Homeport, a non profit housing developer who used Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds to enable those who would not be able to afford a home without them.
This book is intended to generally inform a recent first time home owner of common maintenance needs and procedures for the typical house.
