A feasibility analysis of the property led to a creation of a vision of what the Glenroy estate could become. Located on .72 acres of hillside land in Bel Air, the concept was developed to take advantage and maximize the gorgeous canyon view a looking across West LA to the ocean by creating an extended roof deck over a terraced 14,000 SF home embedded in the hillside.
