What makes Millennium Park in Chicago, Pier 49 in San Francisco, La Rambla in Barcelona, and Time Square in New York City so successful? Among other factors, an infusion of people, living, working, learning, and playing. Maturation of blocks 69 and 70 as per the 5 acre densification project aimed at infusing the arts into the Central Business District will require this same infusion, as well as cooperation from a wide array of organizations and individuals to develop the physical and social infrastructure. Our vision includes green space, hotels, condominiums, offices, retail spaces, artist lofts, incubators/co-working spaces, and university facilities.
