Modular eco-housing

Creating cost-efficient and sustainable modular housing in remote scenic spots in Russia. Eco-friendly, affordable, minimal or wood finishes on the interior and with panoramic windows.

The building consists of 18 modules, 16 modules - residential and 2 - technical. The flexible design of both the exploitation of the complex and separately. The western facade is used with maximum efficiency, each room is equipped with energy efficient stained-glass window, which provides passive "solar heating" and thereby, reduces the cost of heating buildings. On the ground floor entrance located on the west side. Four types of living rooms, standard with terrace, with balcony, panoramic window and a family, in which there is a sleeping area, a kitchen-living room. Wood interior from floor to ceiling, walls and furniture. Rooms have a terrace and a balcony with mountain views. Identity of interior is a pattern on the wall, every room as a symbol of rare and endangered species of birds and animals from Katun Biosphere reserve. Entrance to the second floor is via an external staircase. Rational use of space is a stipulation of the window seating for recreation and leisure activities, which creates visual comfort - views of the scenery.
