This all new 6,500 sf Villa was a Summer Retreat Modern Miami project near the airport. The rendered concept views are internal to the site while capturing the sunrays and shade. The front entry is a formal threshold into the main living spaces. The perimeter gardens enhance the minimal edges. The muted color was intend to blend with the ambient light. This Case de Summer-Hauz project went for the maximum smooth surface. The serene roof lines exhibit a natural northern exposure. No lame boring Fake Spanish Colonial Cali- stucco in this portfolio.
