This was a commercial project for a media lounge in the common area of an apartment complex. The designer came to me for help as her usual design style was very traditional and because this was a contemporary upgrade she wanted to make it more contemporary than she was comfortable with.

The space needed to be functional for a number of apartment tenets at one time as this was in the common area between the spa / gym and the laundromat. It needed to serve as a lounge with plenty of comfortable seating for TV watching, web surfing, studying, etc.
