Over the last 25+ years I have focused my attention on the design of mixed use, residential, hospitality, office, commercial and retail projects types at a variety of scales, as well as business development and client relations, but tap into a much broader skill-set to cover whatever task and role the work requires. You will see from my attached CV that I have, both with my own companies as well as with those companies with whom I have worked, experience in Design, Management, Operations, Project Coordination, Business Development, Marketing and a thorough knowledge of projects from concept through project handover.
Until recently I was with CARON Architecture, a USA Seattle-based design firm, designing and directing residential, hospitality, office, tech, mixed use, and tall-building project types. Prior to my tenure at CARON, I was a Design Director at GGLO. I have broad experience across a large range of work both domestically and internationally (China, Singapore, the UAE, Oman, Morocco, Canada, Indonesia, Hong Kong)
Wayde’s range of project types include City and Campus Master Planning, Urban Design, Commercial, Retail, Office, Residential, Hospitality, Academic, Library, and Visual & Performing Arts facilities. In addition to architecture graphics and urban design, Wayde Tardif has also played a pivotal role in marketing and branding for companies both domestically and internationally with his company Black Hat Inc.
Wayde has taught both graduate & undergraduate classes at Wentworth Institute of Technology, the BAC, University of Tennessee, & Carleton University. Wayde has been guest critic @ Yale, RISD, Northeastern, MIT, Roger Williams & University of Tennessee.
I am available to meet/talk with someone from your office leadership to discuss how I might be able to help your clients meet the challenges of their future visions.
Respectfully:
