We recently began construction on a 2 story cliff side guest house and separate pool cabana for a client located in Brentwood, California.  With extremely strict and limited building conditions imposed not only by the City of Los Angeles but also by Mother Nature herself, we strategically placed two rectangular volumes on top of one another, maximizing view exposure while minimizing the building's footprint with cantilevered spaces on both levels.
