The Prince Bay of Shekou in Shenzhen is the latest and most luxurious project of the well-known China Merchants Group. TRIAD won the tender for that benchmark project together in cooperation with E.B.T. from Shenzhen.

The key concept of the exhibition circles around a sail, which highlights the character of both the location and the investor China Merchants Group. The exhibition is separated into three areas which lead the visitor closer to the bay area: Starting with the lively and long history of China Merchant Group, to the rise of Shekou and the details of the Prince Bay. TRIAD developed the three wings of the building, which allow multiple accesses to the Sales Centre of the Prince Bay, and create a perfect symbiosis with the arrangement of the exhibition. TRIAD used the latest 3D technology in media production to showcase the incredible rise of Shekou and Shenzhen after the opening of China. The master plan of Prince Bay will be displayed through an impressive multi-tracking touch table, which makes important information accessible for visitors.  TRIAD and Aecom worked together to ensure the further implementation of the design and completion of the project.
