Principal architect owner with diverse expertise leading award winning projects.  Primary sectors include high performance sustainable design, adaptive reuse & historic preservation, commercial mixed-use, multi-family housing, healthcare treatment and cancer care facilities; higher educational campus learning and living spaces; senior living memory care facilities; performing arts and community centers.  With a background in preservation carpentry, and a side focus in fine arts and furniture craftsmanship, Tracy takes a hands-on approach with an emphasis on design detail, impact, and quality. As a community leader and advocate for innovative design, wellness, preservation and sustainability initiatives at both local and state levels, she brings depth, energy, expertise and value to each new endeavor.
