I began working at Itsuko Hasegawa Atelier (IHA) in 2011 on various mixed-used projects and competitions in Japan, China and Korea. I worked on many design phases including schematic design, initial concept design, design development as well as early construction development phases. The major projects that I worked on were a 120,000m2 commercial and urban complex in Shanghai, China and a convention/events hall and hotel in Numazu, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan – both of which are currently under construction as of 2011.
After two years at IHA, I moved to Berlin and began working at designyougo. My projects included design concept work for Volkswagen’s Kunden Center in the Autostadt in Wolfsburg, Germany and the conversion of an office building in Unter den Linden, Berlin. However, due to visa complications, I had to leave Germany.
I am currently living in New York and working on residential projects at S3 Architecture.
