Project description:

The building incorporates strikingly large and exaggerated defensive architectural elements commonly seen throughout the city. This deliberate design choice aims to stimulate discussion among visitors and passersby, drawing attention to the often-overlooked, aggressive mechanisms of social control that fail to solve the real problem of housing the homeless.
