   Location   : Keppel Bay, Singapore
   Completed  : Showsuites launch in July 2012 and  project TOP in 2018
   Scope of works  : Interior fitting out  for 2 showsuites, one sales gallery and
  interior space planning of the entire development – 370 units in range of 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 bedrooms and penthouses unit since March 2011
   Involvement  : Project Designer
  Involved in project such as conceptual design, design development, space audit for all unit types, drawing production, presentation to Keppel Corporation top management, material selection, calling tender  for standard handover provisions’ items ( stone, sanitary wares and fittings, kitchen appliances, SSO, Ironmongery, kitchen and wardrobe proprietary system …) and main contractors liaison.
• Responsible for technical resolution and coordination in interior fitting out works
• Ensures that construction detail documentation conforms to quality assurance, quality control and best practice standards.
• Attend on-site visits, field reviews and project meetings. Prepare and coordinate the review of contractor's schedules, submission of shop drawings and samples.
• Provides technical support and project communications to team as required.
• Assists in planning and conducting work making minor adaptations and modifications to complete working drawing set(s).
• Monitors the design process from conceptual phase through construction administration, ensuring the design idea is consistent and well executed.
• Receives instruction on specific assignment objectives, complex features and possible solutions and independently performs assignments. May devise new approaches to problems encountered and discuss same with project manager.
• Responsible for communication with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirements and provides support as necessary.
• Writes reports and memos to consultants and vendors to issue changes and track resolutions.
• Coordinates use and tracks shared electronic documentation and files with project team, clients and consultants.
• Participates in team meetings to help resolve project issues, coordination with other disciplines, schedule adherence, technical issues.
• Provides support to all team members for specific market, discipline, or other area of expertise.
• Fosters and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the Project Leadership Team (i.e.  Project Architect, Project Manager, and Principal in Charge).
• Participation of professional development reviews and "Lessons Learned" sessions.
