My name is Sinan Kaya and I am an Architect. I am currently living in Istanbul.

I am experienced in the design and construction management of industrial buildings. I am a professional Revit user and have skills in architectural design, construction drawings, and project planning. I have knowledge of rough and fine construction techniques and building materials. I have the ability to coordinate clients, contractors, subcontractors, building audits and work collaboratively with engineers, architects, vendors, and local officials to ensure the timely and budged friendly completion of a project.

I graduated from Yildiz Technical University Department of Architecture with a 3.00 GPA. During my education, I worked as a long-term intern (6 months) in ARUP Engineering and Consulting Istanbul Office. It was clear to me that ARUP is one of the largest company of worldwide and working on an international project for ARUP would be an outstanding experience. During my internship, I took part in preparing construction drawings and implementation details of the Tashkent Hilton Hotel Project in Uzbekistan.

In my current job, I have been working as a Design and Construction Manager for Eskoop Industrial Cooperative. Eskoop Industrial Site is an industrial settlement consisting of 934 workplaces established on 25 hectares of area operating in Istanbul Ikitelli Organized Industrial Zone.  My main duties are creating renovation projects of factories according to manufacturer needs, obtaining permits and licenses, creating shop drawings, and overseeing and directing the whole process from conception to completion.

I am proficient in the use of design, modeling, presentation, and office software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Cloud, and MS Office. I am a professional Revit user and also familiar with Building Information Modelling and BIM360. I am interested in 3D Printing technologies and able to use my skills for model-making.
