The Skatewave

The natural ground is used as a datum in this project, and it becomes a flexible foundation from which new spatial qualities can be conceptualized and fashioned. In addition, the layers consider the intensity, direction, and boundary of the independently as physical and experiential constructs. There are quite a few ovelapped layers which seems like growing from the ground and acting as a structure, where people can skateboard and walk. Which gives people unique experience when they use it.

The building has three entries which are easily access from the main road and from the back side of the building. First floor is connected to the second floor through ramps and third floor is connected to the roof level, which makes circulation easy through out the building. While designing this project, I took inspiration from the nature and try to create the natural environment in interior space with different types of plants, exterior
- interior seating, developed roof and landscape area aound the building.
