I am currently in my final year of an M.Arch program at Pratt Institute. In the past three years, I have refined my technical skills in a range of softwares from 3D modeling and drafting to computational design and visualization. I have also honed these same skills as a freelance designer alongside collaboration and coordination skills as both a designer and editor in chief for the Pratt GAUD annual publication.

As a West Elm Design Associate, my focus was to provide exceptional customer service for customer's outstanding shopping experience. This required an extensive knowledge of West Elm's product offerings and design aesthetics so that I effectively assisted customers in finding the perfect furniture, home decor, and accessories to enhance their living spaces. I utilized this expertise to offer personalized recommendations and guide customers through the purchasing process.This also required knowledge of interior design trends and store promotions and sales initiatives. Because of this role, I am able to effectively communicate product information and present it in an accessible way for customers to make confident decisions.
