I am Saikat Ghosh and I am currently pursuing my final year of Bachelor of Architecture at the School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada, India. I am the current Secretary of the department and the National Design Coordinator of the National Association of Students of Architecture in India.

My experience includes working recently as an intern for RMJM Milano for competition proposals and Takashi Niwa Architects, where I worked in an international team to design green buildings in the Southeast-Asian context - with inferences from Japanese architecture. Previously in 2020, I have also worked as a social media intern for UNI.XYZ, where I played a key role in creating campaigns for architectural competitions and also created graphics for brand design with the core team. Following the same year, I continued learning by working as an architectural intern at klimArt Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore, India. During this time, I gained hands-on professional experience in ongoing residential, office, and student housing remodelling and interior design projects. In 2022, I progressed onto designing institutional projects with StudioNext where I was involved from scratch to design various schools located in the state of Madhya Pradesh in central part of India.  

All of these opportunities helped me grow as an individual, and I was able to fit in well with a team. Keeping agreements and delivering work on time is my strength, which in turn makes me a strong candidate to be considered.

I consider digital representation techniques to be an important means of communicating my vision. Over the years, I have acquired strong software skills, including Adobe Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros + Grasshopper, SketchUp, Twinmotion and V-Ray. In my free time, I like to explore programming languages, documentaries and business ideas. I play football, ride motorcycles, and enjoy travelling. During my travels, I like to learn and pick up new languages.
