A project coordinator manager involves in private and public agencies including K-12 school districts, community colleges, universities, religious organizations, transportation authorities Projects design development.

Qualifications:

• Develops Design Plan in coordination with the client requests.
• Perform tasks of preparing project documentation to meet governance requirements.
• Develops the initial project schedule
• Develops Design Documents, CD documents, coordinate with user, engineers and the site development through the close out of the project.
• Coordinate drawings between all engineers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of managing information technology resources in a clinical setting.
• Responsible for initiating, planning, executing and controlling all aspects of the project.
• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Assign tasks of assembling project team, identifying appropriate resources, assigning individual responsibilities, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
• Review project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards Communicate with hospital executives regarding the status of specific projects.
• Interface with all areas affected by the project including distributors, users and vendors.
• Ensure that the implemented solution meets the workflow requirements of the clinical users.
• Handle tasks of coordinating the deliverable and project specific activities performed by cross-functional project team.
