This project was completed in Tod Williams and Billie Tsien's option studio at Cornell University.  The program is a dormitory for 80 beds, symposium space, contemplation spaces, and resident apartments.  The project conceptually explores the notion of poche as an interstitial condition between object and void and its analogous relationship to the tensions between public and private programs within a building.
