Office renovation for Scopia Capital Management Partners. This project combined two floors of office space totaling 22,000 square feet. The program included new offices, conference rooms, open work areas, trading spaces, cafeteria and two kitchens along with new finishes and lighting throughout. A new slab opening and staircase was built to connect both floors.
