About 

As Casco's Director of Design & Marketing, I focus on strengthening the breadth, variety, profitability, and work of Casco Contractors and Casco Design Studio with an emphasis on the interior design studio practice. I collaborate with interior design leads (Job Captains) on design-focused solutions at both project and departmental levels. As Director, I mentor employees on the studio department’s design focused operations, offering leadership, clear guidance and feedback on a regular basis to ensure quality results. 

Additional responsibilities include planning, development and implementation of all Casco marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations endeavors and activities, both external and internal. Supervise development and implementation of support materials and services in the area of marketing, communications and public relations - including social media outlets - directs the efforts of marketing consultants and vendors, communications, and public relations staff, and coordinates at both strategic and tactical levels with other departments within Casco Contractors. I lead the design process through conception, space planning, finishes, construction documentation and design details.

Responsible for conceptual/schematic design.
Responsible for final complete review of CD's relative to the design content, including all interior elevations and details RCP Plan and ceiling details, door schedules, etc.
Responsible for written communications and descriptions of design content with client and consultants, materials specifications, etc.
Design coordination with consultants (esp. lighting and A/V).
Shared responsibility with other Director(s) and Project Manager for design/construction budget management and cost controls.
Provides direction to Technical designer(s).
