‘t Lappenschaar stood empty for years after a soccer club left the farm. We renovated it as a restaurant, hotel and spa with equestrian facilities. This was a complete package as holiday destination. The design, technical detailing as well as the investment plan was realistic with the direct result that consultants involved with the project continued the project as an investment.
