The complete interior renovation and facade enhancement transformed Terraset Elementary School into a state-of-the-art learning environment. The 1975 facility required extensive renovations to the exterior, HVAC system, traffic flow, and interiors to bring it up to date with current educational standards. To address a growing student population, a 34,000 sf addition accommodates an additional 800 students. The new portions of the school include a new entryway, pedestrian bridge with second floor access, and a new fine arts addition, both art and music.
