Lead designer for a 10 unit mixed use luxury condominium. Researched and developed schematic design for a 60 unit long-term care facility. Worked closely with all disciplines in creating the construction documents wood and steel buildings. Have worked mostly in commercial work with some residential.
Knowledgeable in the development of construction documents - start to finish. Excellent knowledge of Revit 2015, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite. Actively participate in all phases design from initial client meetings to project delivery.
