Eisenhower Avenue was a multi family project located in Alexandria, Virginia. This was an exciting twenty four story project unlike any that my employer or I have done before. The rent-able area of the building was not as efficient as the client would have wanted due to the building geometry and fenestration but this had trade off in some highly desirable units.  My primary role was coordinating the building skin in Revit as the design developed. This responsibility was nothing short of window schedules, wall sections, slab edge drawings, and jumping in to do bathroom details at the end of the project.
