The main objective of this project was to give the group a sense of how it was to work in a real world engineering company. The main focus for our group was to design all the steel members that would be needed in order for building to successfully support both live and dead loads. Although it wasn't the main focus we were also required to design the building and its layout so that it would work with the grid system.
