This project is comprised of a 2 story guest house and an accessory building on a 3.2 acre plot of land on the shoreline of East hampton. The house is designed as an object in the landscape, anchoring and stabalizing the surrounding landscape. Functioning primarily as a work studio for a small crew to edit films the house will contain features such as 7 guest rooms, video conference room, work studio, editing room and a 55-seat screening room. The design is to have an emphasis on modern sustainable design technologies and will also contain a significant art collection.
