This project was an alteration to an existing three story house at the foot of Table Mountain in 2005. The concept was to capture as much of the surrounding view as we could by means of strategically placed penetrations in the facade. You enter on the middle level over a steel framed bridge into a double volume which overlooks the Cape Town CBD. Bedrooms on the Upper level, with an entertainment room living out onto the pool deck and garden below.
