Special emphasis will be put on airflow and how it can be used for natural ventilation in a building.
The Program will consist of spaces that are transformable and can be easily converted to serve different functions and purposes when required. The base program will contain a research facility, showroom, delivery center, classrooms, and garages used to develop and produce the next generation of electric powered cars.
