In my senior year of college the project assigned was to create the headquarters for the US Green Building Council.  Keeping the F.A.R. of the entire building in consideration, i had to come up with a design that has a percentage of the building being occupied by artist live/work spaces.  In this design I prepared a layout that kept the artists to a separate private entrance so that they do not interfere with the occupants of the USGBC.  In this design we had to prepare as much as possible to make this a LEED Gold or Platinum building.
