The project required us to be sensitive to the site's needs with regard to ecology, water and energy resources.The building sits on the bank on the Spokane river.The current site incorporates an existing building which is to be refurbished to be utilized as their campus building. With their further need to incorporate another building which will be leased out to other companies that shares mckinstry's motto, a solution to provide a Multi-use building to suit Mckinstry's as well as Spokane community needs.
