Renovation of a 1960s armory building in the cities of Red Wing and Hastings, Minnesota.  Demolition of walls and existing HVAC, Plumbing, and Electircal systems.  Addition of insulation and upto date mechanical.  Updating both buildings to bring them to the new century.
