The proposed design is a floating vocational school consisting of 5 buildings, complemented with their own floating fields in order to foster 5 disciplines which are Market, Photovoltaic, Agriculture, Fishing, and Water Harvesting. The Vocational school will teach the people new and effective ways to produce goods. These goods will be traded amongst themselves and sold across neighboring communities.
