The goal of this intervention is to bring attention and economic value improvements throughout both the physical and social aspects of the area. The intervention consists of creating a new axis linking the neighborhood to the nearby natural amenities along which there are new opportunities for commercial developments, a skate park to engage the youth population that makes up a fifth of the area's population, and a transitional housing center.
