-Responsible for the timely execution of HP and LIlly headquarters´interior refurbisment.

-Both executions were developed in different phases, studying how to move people from one department to another and coordinating works that could affect the daily work of the company to run at times outside of its working day

-Timely execution:

-HP headquarter:   4 phases during 9 months                                               

-Lilly pharmaceutical laboratory:   The works were being carried out in 2 phases during 5 months. The execution included total demolition of all the installations and partitions leaving only the building structure and then performing all the facilities (air conditioning, electricity and fire extinction)

We are still  working there for the renovation of others buildings of the complex
