Working with Clark County Community Habitat for Humanity, I was part of a studio which aimed to design energy efficient single family homes with very modest budgets. The Fab Hab House was a team collaboration between of myself, H. Lambert, J. Twelmeyer, M. Suer, and S. Zielinski. This plan
combines a courtyard scheme with the goal of prefabrication, encompassing 1150 sq ft total. My group proposed prefabricated 12’ x 38’ boxes. The smaller bar is suggested to be built on site. The courtyard is walled on three sides with a proposed wood screen towards the west facing Clifton
