About

Dear Mr. / Mrs.

I am seeking a position, located in the US, where I can utilize my personal and professional skills.

My desire is to build an environmentally sustainable future, which is followed by my daily work for the last 4 years.
I possess vast experience of working with construction project's team, while keeping in-depth review of customer needs and project's energy saving targets. I believe that I have much to offer to your organization, if you'll consider my resume.

For the last 4 years I was deeply involved with planning some of the majors construction projects in Israel, and was personally responsible for the LEED certification of those projects, which required understanding of the project design, MEP systems, materials usage, site development, environmental codes and many other aspects of design and construction.

From 1998 to 2006 I served in the Air-Force as combat fighter navigator, which gave me a large set of skills, such as strong leadership skills, problem solving abilities, and solid decision making capabilities, demonstrated under high pressure situations

I am a Mechanical Engineer, currently working as a CTO and as Projects manager at a sustainable projects company in Israel.

Among our projects:

  • Tel-Aviv University campus , include 8 buildings for more than 1350 students. The first 3 buildings were awarded with LEED Gold certification.
  • 40 floors of office skyscraper in Tel-Aviv, with high performance double skin facade.
  • Google headquarters in Tel-Aviv, recently awarded with LEED Platinum certification .
  • 700,000 sf. Mall & IKEA store in Haifa.

I am personally and professionally interested in environmental issues, focusing my education in green energy engineering. I'm a loyal employee and I'm ready to commit for at least 3 years in order to justify your decisions to take sponsorship on me.

Your personal consideration of my resume will be truly appreciated.

Respectfully yours

Gilad Yaari
