I have 20+ years of experience in the management of construction and manufacturing contracts. I consider my strengths to be in the areas of procurement, document management, and contract administration. I am an effective negotiator and problem solver. I am can read and understand construction documents, such as architectural, structural, mep, site, landscape, and life safety documents as well as construction specifications. I am experienced in all contract phases from start up to close out and more specific activities such as progress billings, setting up schedule of values, and review and distribution of change documents and proposals.
