My inspiration to become an interior designer came from a move to a new home. Going through a gut renovation and re-design gave me the motivation to enter the design world. Looking to explore more aspects of the design world, both residential and commercial.

Graduate of FIT with a BFA in Interior Design.

Work as the Interior Designer within the Interior Design Department of the Architect and Engineering firm.
Focusing mainly in corporate office interiors; i work directly with clients from initial programming all the way through construction administration and final completion. Develop design development presentations, furniture procurement bid packages, attend weekly construction meetings.

Other duties include maintaining the material/furniture library, staying current with the latest design trends and products by attending various design networking events.

Margulies Hoelzli Architecture, New York, NY, US, Designer / Office Administrator

Working in an 8-person studio with a focus on hospitality, mixed-use and industrial facilities. Work directly with architects in producing SD's and CD's for various commercial projects ranging from 2,000 SF to 400,000SF. Assist Project managers in specifying materials,presentation documents, coordination with consultants and bidding manufacturers.

Collaboration with Principals of firm in proposal packages, accounting and marketing aspects of the firm. Other responsibilities include, maintaining material library and technical coordinator for continuing education program.
