About

My career has involved planning, design, and construction management for a wide range of projects throughout the NYC area and across the United States.  The projects have in large measure been luxury stores, but my special projects list is wide and frequently complex… from landmark renovations to large corporate offices and million dollar server rooms…from high end fashion shows to spas…from events to restaurants.  All challenging, all requiring clear leadership, effective communication and consensus building with team members and project participants both inside and outside the organizations…architects, engineers, property managers, building officials, vendors, contractors, end users and executive staff.

I am involved at the beginning: reviewing leases and site conditions, developing the scope, schedule and budgets; in the middle: space planning, directing design, creating construction documents and contracts, and at the end: supervising the build-out, organizing the move-in and closing it all out with the consultants, vendor’s, contractors, landlord and the city or town.
