Ann is a designer and freelance writer. She has worked in architectural conservation, competition design, and experimental design in 3D fabrication. As a writer, she has contributed op-eds and news features to Architect's Newspaper, Metropolis Magazine POV, ArchNewsNow, and is a former editor of the Cornell Daily Sun.
She recently completed her undergraduate thesis on the relationship between memory and imagination in architecture. She has worked in research-directed design at Morphosis Architects and on civic and private projects at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill Chicago.
She is currently on hiatus from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and working at firm focused on the confluence of historic preservation and new construction in Boston.
