This multi-faceted position involves a number of roles within the office. These include project management on every aspect from initial client design meetings and presentations, drafting of CAD presentation and construction drawings, preparation of budgets and spec sheets, product and finish research, to installation and construction supervision.

Projects worked on include an 800 apartment building in Fort Lee, New Jersey, including all amenity spaces; office and conference room refits for New York's largest publishing house, several apartment renovations, and the design of an Upper East Side dermatologist's office.

Inner office responsibilities include managing design assistants, directing our freelance marketing, website, social media and IT specialists, assisting the CEO, and overseeing financial side of the business.
